Aspire Fox Ltd builds AegisOps Offshore — a planning tool for offshore wind operations and maintenance. The company was founded on the conviction that the best way to build software for offshore wind is to have lived the problem first, and the best way to handle the data it depends on is to come from a sector that takes data seriously.
Director, Thomas Fox
Thomas Fox is a twelve-year offshore wind technician and Aspire Fox's co-founder. He has worked across the full lifecycle of the asset — installation, commissioning, pre-warranty and post-warranty operations and maintenance, and heavy-lift major component exchange — both onshore and offshore. The work has spanned every offshore access mode the industry uses: CTV, SOV, jack-up, and helicopter. The operational rules AegisOps encodes — GWO and medical expiries, PSSR restrictions, davit serviceability, weather limits, statutory inspection state — are the rules he's worked under, supervised against, and seen the cost of overlooking. Aspire Fox exists because he believes too much production is lost to planning and execution that could be tighter — and that the right software, built by people who know the work, can change that.
Director, Chanelle Fox
Chanelle Fox is Aspire Fox's co-founder and director. She is a CIPD-qualified HR and recruitment professional with fifteen years' experience leading talent acquisition in regulated UK banking, where the standard for personal data handling, GDPR compliance, audit trail, and supplier governance is among the highest in any sector. Her current role leads workforce planning across nine operational business areas at scale — exactly the kind of capability planning, attrition forecasting, and team-level allocation logic AegisOps applies to offshore wind. She is certified in psychometric assessment (British Psychological Society Levels 1 & 2, Hogan) and has run end-to-end recruitment for senior and high-volume hiring across multiple major banks.
